How is the cab fare calculated?
Round trips are charged per km with a minimum of 300 km per day, plus the driver allowance (bata) for each day. One-way drops are charged per km for the distance plus one day of driver allowance. Local packages are a fixed price for 4 hours / 40 km or 8 hours / 80 km. Every online booking gets 10% off the rate card.
What is not included in the fare?
GST, toll and parking are added on the final bill at actuals. Extra km beyond what is included is charged at the per-km rate. A night allowance of Rs 300 is paid directly to the driver for trips between 10 PM and 6 AM.
How much do I pay to book?
15% of the estimated fare, online by UPI, card or net banking. The balance is paid before the trip starts. Our team calls you to confirm every booking.
What counts as one day on a round trip?
One calendar day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. If the trip runs past midnight, the next day is charged.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup to be eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract charges. Once a driver and vehicle have been assigned, the booking becomes non-cancellable: cancelling after assignment means no refund and 100% cancellation charges. If you do not report within 45 minutes of the pickup time, the booking is a no-show and the booking amount is not refunded.
Do you allow pets and extra luggage?
Yes. Pets travel with prior notice for a nominal cleaning and handling charge. Roof carriers can be added while booking for Rs 165 each. Suggested luggage: 1 bag in a hatchback, 2 in a sedan, 4 in an SUV.
